You are responsible for arranging for your own flights from the U.S. to Dublin and for securing your own travel insurance.

Directions for Booking Your Tour

The secondary traveler should click on the "I'm going, too!" button below and complete the registration form in full.
Once your forms are received we will contact the primary traveler within 3 business days. JMG will contact you regarding your Ireland tour deposit and Gracepoint Travel will contact you if you opted for a quote on transportation and/or insurance.

Transportation, Insurance & Ground Info
Gracepoint Travel is happy to assist you in making reservations for your flights, travel insurance and transportation to/from a dedicated location and the airport you are utilizing to fly out of.
Option 1: A-La-Carte - you can choose to get a quote for either the flight, insurance or ground transportation.
Option 2: You can choose to get a quote on all three and receive a 10% discount off your package price.
Who is this option good for?
This option is great for seasoned travelers, those using frequent flyer miles, or anyone near JFK looking for convenience. It’s also ideal if you're planning to extend your trip before or after the tour.
How much will it cost?
The price for each of these options will be different for each person. Here is why:

Travel insurance is based on the person's age at travel. So the insurance price for a 67 year old would likely be higher than that of a 33 year old.

Transportation from a dedicated pick-up location to your departure airport is fluent, just like if you used an Uber or taxi.

Flight price can changed as well based on seat choice, checked baggage, and more.
Transportation & Insurance Option FAQ
Why is the price not set? First, airline prices can change multiple times a day, so the price may changed between now and the time the flights are paid for. Secondly, travel insurance is based on the traveler's age. The price given is based on a traveler 55 years of age.
What insurance does this include? This includes a Traveler's Insurance policy. Full detail on insurance are below.
What airline is this on? We will be taking an Aer Lingus flight that departs late evening on November 7 and arrives in Dublin early morning December 8. We will be departing Dublin late morning on November 17 and arriving at JFK early afternoon of November 17.
Is luggage included? One personal item, one carry-on item, and one checked bag. We strongly discourage travelers from taking more than one checked bag. For more detailed baggage guidelines, including sized limitations and weight, please visit the Aer Lingus website.
What is the transportation from Broome to JFK? We will be taking a limo bus.
Can I sit next to my travel companion? While every effort will be made to secure seating together for you and your travel partner, seat assignments depend on availability of at the time of booking. We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
